Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with 123 UNI Limited ("123 UNI", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you ("the client" or "student") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
123 UNI provides non-binding, advisory-only consultancy services related to international education. These services include:

• University matching and course selection guidance

• Educational application preparation and document review

• General advice on accommodation, pre-departure, and study-abroad planning

• Basic guidance on typical visa documentation requirements (informational only)

Optional add-on services, such as airport pick-up coordination and destination-specific support, may be offered on a case-by-case basis. These are:

• Charged separately

• Not included in the standard consultancy fee

• Vary in availability and cost depending on the destination country

Where appropriate, we may occasionally refer students to a licensed immigration consultant (OSIC-registered) for legal advice when available.
 Important Exclusions:

• 123 UNI does not handle or submit visa applications.

• We do not provide immigration advice or legal services.

• We are not affiliated with licensed immigration consultants, embassies, or law firms.

• Any visa-related information provided is general and for guidance purposes only.
   

3. Client Eligibility and Obligations

• Clients must be 18 years or older and eligible to apply for higher education.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the application process.

• You are responsible for meeting deadlines provided by universities, embassies, and 123 UNI.

• Any fraudulent documents or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
   

4. Consultancy Fees and Payments
The consultancy fees charged by 123 UNI cover educational advisory services only, including academic matching, university application support, and general study-abroad preparation.
Fees do not include:

• Visa application fees or processing services

• Legal consultations or third-party advisory services

• Government-related charges, embassy appointments, or translations

Add-on services, if offered, are clearly quoted in writing and charged separately.
All payments must be made in full and in advance unless stated otherwise in writing.
A full breakdown of included services will be shared with you before payment.

5. Refund Policy
Fees paid to 123 UNI for consultancy services are non-refundable once services have commenced, including any form submissions, counselling sessions, or application assistance.
If a university application is rejected, this does not entitle the client to a refund, as the advisory and application support services will have already been provided.
In the case of visa rejection, refunds will not be issued unless it can be shown that the rejection was due to a clear error or negligence on the part of 123 UNI.
Tuition fees for the chosen university or institution are paid directly to the institution itself, and 123 UNI does not collect, handle, or mediate these payments. As such, any refund, cancellation, or dispute related to tuition or institutional services must be taken directly with the named institution, according to their policies.
From time to time, as part of a special promotion, 123 UNI may offer a refund or partial return of our consultancy fees after you have completed full payment of your tuition fees to the destination institution.
To be eligible for this promotional offer:

• You must provide official proof of full payment to the university (e.g., receipt or bank confirmation).

• 123 UNI will verify the payment directly with the institution.

• Your visa application must be accepted, you must have arrived in the UK, and you must have officially enrolled at your university.

• Once confirmed, we will begin the processing of your refund or reward, subject to the terms of the promotion at the time.

 
6. Admission and Visa Disclaimer

• 123 UNI does not guarantee admission into any institution or the granting of a visa.

• Final decisions rest solely with universities and embassies.

• We provide guidance based on experience and best practice, but outcomes are ultimately beyond our control.
   

7. Changes to Services
123 UNI reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue any part of its services or these Terms without prior notice, where such changes are necessary to reflect:

• New or updated government policies

• Changes in foreign affairs or visa regulations

• Institutional updates from partner universities

• Internal operational improvements or corrections

While we aim to inform clients where possible, some changes may be implemented immediately to comply with legal, regulatory, or institutional requirements.

8. Data Protection & Confidentiality

• All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Information will only be shared with universities, visa authorities, or service partners as necessary to complete the services.

• We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes without your consent.
   

9. Liability
123 UNI is not liable for any loss of opportunity, financial loss, or damage resulting from application outcomes, university decisions, or visa-related matters. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Rejections from universities or course providers

• Delays in offer issuance, CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies), or enrolment

• Visa refusals, delays, or conditions imposed by immigration authorities

• Changes in immigration policy or entry regulations after submission of applications

• Issues with tuition fee refunds, accommodation, or third-party service providers

We are also not liable for any delays, errors, or disruptions caused by external authorities or third parties, including but not limited to:

• Embassies, consulates, and visa processing centres

• Courier services and postal systems

• Universities and colleges

• Government departments or online portals

All advice and documentation support provided by 123 UNI is based on the information available at the time and is offered in good faith. However, the final outcomes of applications and visa approvals rest solely with the relevant institutions and authorities.
Clients are strongly encouraged to double-check all information and consult with official government or legal sources where applicable. 123 UNI does not act as a legal advisor or immigration consultant.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Agreement
By engaging the services of 123 UNI Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
